This location is perfect! You are right by the gondola and you can easily ski in and out. Rooms are pricey due to the perfect location. Their staff is super friendly and nice and they all speak English. They had very nice decorations during Christmas time and some nights they had live music in the lobby.

Stayed with family over Christmas/NY holidays with low expectations for snow conditions and a non skier so wanted good atmosphere and non skiing activities too. Staff, service, location, food and comfort of room all fabulous. Ski in, ski out yet close to town centre so think perfect.

Best located at Hahnenkamm station, 5 minutes walking to the walking street of old town in Kitzbuhl . Friendly staff, easy check in process, delicious food. I’ve been there ten consecutive years for skiing. Keiserhoff hotel is like my winter home.

We spent a week here, as our 'usual' hotel was closed, and our 2nd choice cancelled us to close early, as they did not have many guests staying. However, we had a wonderful week here. The staff were warm and friendly, and the location perfect for us. It was just a short walk into the town centre. We expected to dine here each night, but found that the menu was not varied enough, so had to venture out. The pool was usually busy in the early evening, but is not very big, meaning that people were expected to be considerate and not hog the pool. Regrettably, that did not always happen. We would stay here again.

What an extraordinary experience we have here!! Being Americans in a foreign country is a challenge but once we arrived here that all changed. From the front desk staff, the waiters and waitresses to the cleaning staff our experience has been wonderful. We have to use the train system tomorrow which is quite confusing as we have 4 transfers. Thomas at the front desk printed out all the information in English with platform and train numbers so we know exactly what to do. To say it is now less stressful is an understatement!! They have provided transportation to the train station as well since we struggled to get here as we really didn’t understand the system. The rooms are beautiful as well as the view and clean as a whistle!! Would recommend to anyone !! Again thanks so much for the hospitality!!
